At Zeus Online Shopping, customer satisfaction is important to us. In accordance with U.S. consumer protection guidelines, customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date the item is delivered. We operate under a dropshipping business model, meaning products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers, and return availability may vary depending on the product type and supplier location.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or misuse are not eligible for return. Final sale or clearance items are not returnable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, personal-use items are non-returnable once opened. Custom-made or personalized products, digital items, gift cards, promotional items, and products damaged due to improper handling or negligence are also non-returnable.
To request a return authorization, customers must contact our support team at support@zeusonlineshopping.com within the return window and provide the order number, clear photographic evidence of the product condition, and a brief explanation of the return request. All returns require prior approval before any item is shipped back.
If an item is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo or video documentation. In such cases, a physical return may not be required, depending on supplier verification and logistical feasibility.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law or unless the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect. Due to the nature of international and third-party fulfillment, some items may not be eligible for physical return and alternative resolutions may apply.
For international orders, delivery timelines, customs inspections, duties, and delays are beyond our control. Returns for international shipments may be limited or unavailable due to logistical restrictions.
Orders may only be canceled prior to processing or shipment. Once an order has entered transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
